• Rates are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) on a per room per night basis.

• Rates are exclusive of 10% Service Charge, 7% Government Tax, 1% Provincial Tax.

• Check-in time is 1500 hours, and Check-out time is 1200 hours.

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

• Late check-out from 1200 hours to 1800 hours will be charged 50% of the room rate.

• Late check-out after 1800 hours will be charged 100% of the room rate.

• In the event of no-show, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for the entire stay shall be chargeable.

• For early departure, the resort will charge according to the cancellation policy.

• Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per the cancellation policies.

• Reservations will be canceled at the resort's discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted.

• Extra person charge with breakfast is THB 1,200 inclusive of 10% Service Charge, 7% Government Tax, 1% Provincial Tax.

• No pets are allowed.

Child Policy

• Infants and toddlers below 4 years stay and dine in baby cots with compliments (subject to availability).

• Children aged 4 to 11 years can stay on existing bedding with compliments, and children 12 years and under dine free when accompanied by a paying adult. An extra bed may be reserved with compliments, subject to availability.
