General Terms and Conditions

• Rates are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) on a per room/suite per night basis.
• Rates are exclusive of 10% Service Charge, 7% Government Tax, and 1% Provincial Tax.
• Check-in time is 15:00 hours and Check-out time is 12:00 hours.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
• Late check out from 12:00 hours to 18:00 hours will be charged 50% of the room rate.
• Late check out after 18:00 hours will be charged 100% of the room rate.
• In the event of no-show, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for entire stay shall be chargeable.
• For early departure, the resort will charge according to the cancellation policy.
• Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies
• Security Deposit required upon check-in with a Credit card or Cash THB 2,000 per Stay – (Thai Baht Only)
• Reservations will be cancelled at the resort’s discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted.
• Additional charge with breakfast is THB 1,200nett (THB 1,010.95+++ ) - Inclusive of 10% Service Charge, 7% Government Tax, and 1% Provincial Tax.
• Additional breakfast will be charged at THB 550nett (THB 463.35++).- per person per day. Children 0 – 6 Years old Free of charge, Children 6 – 12 Years Old 50% Breakfast fee, when accompanied by a paying adult.
• No pets are allowed.

Child Policy

• Infants and toddlers who are below 4 years dine and stay in baby cots with our compliments. Baby cots are subject to availability.
• Children 6 to 12 years can stay on existing bedding with our compliments. Extra bed may be reserved with compliments, subject to availability.
