• Stay period from 1 August - 31 October 2026.
• A minimum stay of 2 consecutive nights is required.
• Valid for bookings made with promo code “FAMILY”
• Offer is non-refundable and no amendments permitted.
• Blackout dates may apply.
• Offer is subject to availability.
• Rates are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) on a per room per night basis.
• Rates are subject to 10% Service Charge, 7% Prevailing Government Tax, 2% Resort Fees and 1% Provincial tax.
• Check-in time is from 3PM and check-out time is up to 12PM.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
• In the event of a no-show or early departure, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for the entire stay shall be chargeable.
• Reservations can be cancelled at the hotel’s discretion for reasons such as but not limited to invalid credit card and incorrect rates.
• Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies.
• Extra person charge with breakfast is THB 1,400 nett (THB 1,179.44+++) - Inclusive of 10% Service Charge, 7% Government Tax, 2 % Resort Fees and 1% Provincial Tax. Package inclusions are not included unless a full extra person package is paid.
• Only one extra person is allowed per room.
• No pets are allowed.
Deposit Policy
• For non-restricted rates (BAR) – Credit card guarantee is required.
• For Restricted rates (such as Advance purchase, promotional rates) – Full payment is required upon reservations.
아동 정책
• Infants and toddlers under 4 years, accompanying adults, stay in existing bedding or a baby cot and dine with our compliments. Baby cot is subject to availability.
• Children aged 4 to 12 years, accompanying adults, can stay on existing bedding with our compliments and dine at 50% off regular menu prices, except for kid’s menu. Extra bed may be reserved with compliments, subject to availability.
취소 정책
• For restricted rates – Reservation is non-cancellable. A full non-refundable prepayment is required upon confirmation of the booking.
