‍Terms and Conditions

·Rates are quoted in RMB on a per room per night basis.
‍

·Rates are subject to 10% Service Charge and 6% Prevailing Government Tax.
‍

·Check-in time is from 1500 hours and Check-out time is up to 1200 hours.
‍

·Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
‍

·Early check-in from 1000 hours to 1400 hours will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
‍

·Late check-out from 1200 hours to 1600 hours will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
‍

·In the event of a no-show or early departure, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for the entire stay shall be chargeable.
‍

·Reservations can be cancelled at the hotel’s discretion for reasons such as, not limited to, invalid credit card and incorrect rates.
‍

·Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies.
‍

·Extra person charge with breakfast is RMB 360 per person per night, including 10% Service Charge and 6% Prevailing Government Tax. Package inclusions are not included unless a full extra person package is paid.
‍

·Only one extra person is allowed in each room.
‍

·Only the Furry Room is available for guests travelling with pets. Only dogs and cats are accepted; all exotic pets are prohibited from staying.
‍

·Pets are not allowed in the hotel restaurant, thermal spring center (including outdoor hot springs and cave hot springs), children’s playground and all other indoor public areas, as well as designated non-pet-friendly outdoor zones. Pets may move freely only inside guest rooms. When leaving the guest room (including corridors, elevators and outdoor public areas), pets must be kept on a leash at all times (maximum length: 1.5 meters) and accompanied and supervised by their owners. Pets shall never be left unattended or out of the owner’s control.

Deposit Policy

·For non-restricted rates (BAR)  – Credit card guarantee is required. For packages not requiring credit card guarantee, reservations will be kept until 11 pm one day prior.
‍

·For Restricted rates (such as Advance purchase, promotional rates) – Full payment is required upon reservations.

‍

Child Policy

·Infants and toddlers, who are under 1.2m tall (including 1.2m), accompanying adults, stay in existing bedding or a baby cot and dine with our compliments. Baby cot is subject to availability.
‍

·Children 1.2 to 1.4m tall (including 1.4m), accompanying adults, can stay on existing bedding with our compliments and dine at 50% off regular menu prices, except for kid’s menu. Extra bed may be reserved with compliments, subject to availability.
