General Terms and Conditions

Rates are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) on a per room/suite/villa per night basis.
Rates are inclusive of 10% Service Charge, 7% Government Tax, and 1% Provincial Tax.
A "Laguna Phuket Facility Charge" Levy of 30 THB per adult (over 12 years of age) per night will apply.
Check-in time is 1500 hours, and Check-out time is 1200 hours.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
Late check-out from 1200 hours to 1800 hours will be charged 50% of the room rate.
Late check-out after 1800 hours will be charged 100% of the room rate.
In the event of no-show, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for the entire stay shall be chargeable.
For early departure, the resort will charge according to the cancellation policy.
Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per the cancellation policies.
Reservations will be cancelled at the resort's discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted.
Extra person charge with breakfast is THB 2,848.80 inclusive of 10% Service Charge, 7% Government Tax, and 1% Provincial Tax.
No pets are allowed.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible: (11 Jan - 19 Dec): Free cancellation 3 days prior to arrival, late cancellation, no-show and early departure, will be subject to a full charge of the entire stay.
Peak Period (20 December - 10 January) Free cancellation 7 days prior to arrival, late cancellation, no-show and early departure, will be subject to a full charge of the entire stay.
